Hyatt House Chicago / Oak Brook

I stayed in Chicago last year to visit family. I decided to stay at the nearby Hyatt House Hotel as the reviews were decent and the price was in my budget. The room was very nice and it offered a good view of the surrounding area. The bed was comfortable and I had a good 9 hours of sleep (which is plenty for me). The room was also spacious and it wasn’t too noisy for me. The staff were nice too! Overall I would stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained from the moment we walked in. The room was spotless, fresh, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day — they made the bed beautifully and even folded my pajamas, which was such a thoughtful touch. It really made us feel cared for and welcomed. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Lariya was amazing and so kind. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel.

I checked in Sunday evening for work and from the moment I walked in the staff was amazing. Pleasant and professional every single staff member was exceptional in their interactions with not only myself but everytime I saw them interact with any guest. I checked out Saturday and Loriya checked me out, and again she was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely recommend Hyatt after my stay!! Also the omelettes were amazing

Recently stated here for a week for a work trip. The service was incredibly friendly and efficient. I was greeted every single time I walked in and out. Check in was simple. I really liked the room set up and the ability to sit in a "living room" without feeling like I was living out of a bed for the week. The way the TV swivels between the two areas is clever. Good linens and towels. Only small complaints are that the mattress needs replacing and the hot water in the shower gets just barely hot enough. The hotel is in a great location. Very convenient to highways, and very close to lots of excellent food and shopping.

My birthday was 2/20 and I opted to do a staycation this year. I chose Hyatt House Oakbrook for my location. Upon arrival checking into my room there was a slight discrepancy in my reservation however Ryan was able to rectify the discrepancy and accommodated my husband and I. Most of the weekend was Friday-Saturday evening we were given excellent service from Christy the night audit manager. Our overall experience staying at this location was wonderful!! Thank you! I would definitely recommend booking at this Hyatt House Oakbrook location.

I loved my stay at the Hyatt. I felt safe and comfortable. I really enjoyed having dinner there. Everyone was so nice. I especially loved Leslie. She helped me when my husband was having surgery at the hospital. Everyone there is just wonderful. I will stay there again thank you Judy.

My brother and I and our cousin went to the bar after our mother’s funeral /repass to have a shot in memories of her . Star was simply amazing as I hadn’t had a drink in the longest time and didn’t know what to order. She had a great suggestion, and the drink was amazing.my first time having a whiskey sour. great conversation and just the ambience of her at the bar was what I needed after that day. I thank you all for having her on staff as that’s what we needed to end our night..
